How was Japan’s land created?
Originally, there were many jellyfish-like things floating in the sea.
Two gods used long rods from above to solidify it.
This is the land of Japan today.
The names of the two gods are Izanagi and Izanami.

もともと、くらげのようなものがたくさん海に浮いていた。
ふたりの神が空の上から長い棒を使って固めた。
これがいまの日本国土である。
ふたりの神の名前は、イザナギとイザナミである。
